Angel has been a steady, compassionate, and deeply thoughtful therapist. He creates an atmosphere that feels safe, honest, and grounded, where I can work through difficult things without feeling judged or rushed. What I appreciate most is that Angel brings a real-life, practical approach to therapy. He listens carefully, helps me recognize patterns, and gives me techniques I can actually use outside of the session, in real life situations. He also brings humor in a way that feels natural and human, which makes the work feel less heavy while still being meaningful. I genuinely look forward to our weekly sessions. The practice itself is beautifully designed, peaceful, and welcoming, with a calm, soothing feel that makes it easy to settle in. The location is also convenient, which makes attending sessions simple and stress-free. Therapy with Angel has helped me better understand myself, process things more honestly, and build practical tools for growth. I’m very grateful for his care and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a therapist who is compassionate, skilled, grounded, and genuinely easy to talk to.

This place is amazing. I love my person and she made me feel so ease at the beginning too-making comments such as it’s okay if I’m not the right person for you-we have several other great people here etc. I did a lot of research on great practices in this area and I understand why they have wonderful reviews and recommendations. Destiny is wonderful! She makes me feel so at ease, secure, will push just enough for me to open up but will also save that topic for another day if it’s too much
As a therapist myself, I really enjoy working with my therapist, Allie. She has been extremely helpful and attentive to me and my needs over the past year, through some of the most difficult times in my life, and I will forever be grateful for the work she’s done with me. The admin team has also been extremely responsive and helpful in anything I need related to scheduling and billing. Highly recommend anyone to pursue counseling here.
So extremely grateful that the universe sent me Lacey. I heard about her from a friend who referred her highly and I am So appreciative. I can’t imagine not being able to talk to Her and Ace. They are extremely caring, insightful reassuring, and show me ways to challenge myself towards more mindfulness and self-care. She and Ace have helped me through some very challenging times. They are my little earth angels.
