The Meridian

I’ve been living at The Meridian for about a year and a few months now, and my overall experience has been really good. The community is peaceful, and I haven’t had any major issues during my time here. One thing I truly appreciate is the maintenance team—they’ve been great. Anytime I’ve needed something, they respond in a timely manner and get the job done, which makes a big difference. The property is well-kept, and it feels like a comfortable place to call home. While no place is perfect, my experience has been positive enough that I would definitely recommend The Meridian to others looking for a nice place to live.

As a tenant, I don’t take great service lightly—but what I’ve experienced here goes beyond that. Keonne from maintenance doesn’t just come in to do a job; he shows genuine care. Every time he services my apartment, if I am at work, he makes sure my pup is taken care of—food topped off, water fresh, a treat in hand, and plenty of belly rubs. I even caught a moment on my indoor camera, and it was one of those rare, quiet acts of kindness that matter most. No one else has ever shown my dog that kind of attention, and he values the safety of my pet. The office staff deserves just as much recognition. Saul, Csaba, and the manager Erna, consistently handle everything with professionalism, urgency, and respect. There’s no runaround, no dismissiveness—just people who clearly take pride in what they do. At this point, I won’t deal with anyone else. It’s rare to find a place where both maintenance, staffing and management operate with this level of care. Because of that, I can say I’d recommend this property without hesitation.

I recently toured The Meridian Apartments and had such a great experience! Saul was incredibly friendly, professional, and made the entire tour, enjoyable and stress-free. He took the time to answer all of my questions. It really made me feel confident in my decision. The community itself is beautiful and well maintained. I’m excited to say I’ll be moving in there soon.

We had lived there for 2 years. It was my 1st apt. In Florida. The 1st year was decent. There were some issues with our apt. The washer Machine was broken. So they replaced a new one promptly. The faucet fixture in kitchen was bad. So they replaced that, too. Then our 2nd year things went downhill. Maintenance was sketchy, because of new mgmnt. At the time of our move out. The mgr. Charged us 660.00 of damages. It was a bath tub that had cracked and the porcelain had chipped. The walls had minor tape off paint and so I was charged 400.00 of paint. For a little touch up? No way. We felt robbed. The place is bad. And yes, cock roaches everywhere, bad plumbing issues with toilet, and the ducks and geese they poop everywhere. Also loud leaf blowing , so good luck taking a nap. Do not rent from here. They will scam you on move out charges.
