I made an appointment on Fresha for 9:05am for SNS…when I walked in there were three technicians on their phones, and one handed me a color swatch/seated me at a station then walked away. Ten minutes later, someone without an appointment walked in, was seated, and a technician came from the back room and started working on her nails. I waited 15 more minutes while the other technician continued to sit on their phone, then left (I had a doctor’s appointment scheduled at 11am and couldn’t wait much longer, but honestly no one who was working cared). I don’t think making an appointment means much there, even when you’re the first client in and you’re outnumbered by technicians.

I’m obsessed with how my nails turned out! She did an amazing job and paid so much attention to detail. The shape, color, and finish are perfect. The whole experience was great and she’s incredibly talented. Highly recommend!
Nails by Jimmy! He did an amazing job! He’s very detail oriented. I’m glad he was able to help me today. Beautiful job, Jimmy! Thank you so much!
Surprisingly good nail salon. We've been getting their services for over 3 years and have never been disappointed. Thank You guys!
I had my nails done here almost five weeks ago, and the gel is still perfect (although obviously grown out… I’m overdue). I’m just really impressed that it’s not peeling from the bottom or looking mangy. The care my manicurist took and the attention to detail were impeccable, and this is the proof! This was the regular gel, not powder, just FYI.
