The Loop Restaurant

All of the food is excellent! But I have to say their burger is the best intentown. I've went to the loop from Fernandina Beach to Race track road. And in Every loop is just the same! Cleaning environment and delicious food. I wished I would have taken a picture of that beautiful burger before I ate it. Sorry

I ordered online for delivery so my service for five stars was for the delivery driver. But two⭐️ is only for the Burgers that were ordered. Other than that the rest of the food was very disappointing. I ordered a house salad Requesting mixed greens. The mixed greens were withered and discolored. Definitely old. I also ordered a chicken Caesar with mixed greens and the same thing as well as the chicken was so incredibly dry! I mean like the driest chicken ever... Now let's get down to the world disappointment. I also ordered a chocolate shake with no whipped cream and no cherry because whipped cream is an allergy. You can tell that whoever was preparing our food was not paying attention and put whipped cream in the cup and then realized it and try to scrape it out. The Shake had whipped cream stuck all over the spoon top and all over the sides of the inside of the cup. Had to throw the whole thing away because of course again it's an allergy..... But the Strawberry shake We wanted all the way.... Guess what we did not get. Just a plain strawberry. Honestly I would've let go because again it's a strawberry shake like who would complain but it was just the last thing on the list after all those other disappointments..... I am by the way the crispy chicken that was on top of the house salad was overcooked as well the breading was hard....$83 dollars for only decent hamburgers is crazy.

Have not been to the Loop in awhile.. got tired of mediocre food and less service (also remember when you went to the loop because the burgers and salads were exceptional) Went today and will give absolute kudos to the improved flavor and quality of the food. It was very good and filling. We had the Greek salad add grilled chicken and a burger and fries. Portions were good and there was value I what we received. What was disappointing was the lobby and attitude of some of the staff. We went to pick up our food at the counter (they still give you a buzzer that alerts you when it’s ready) and when we asked for the utensils, ketchup etc we got what sounded like a groan and a head nod in the direction where we were to get it ourselves. This young lady could not have been more bothered by us! Then, we had a difficult time finding a clean table.. they were all cleared but not wiped down at ALL! We watched the young man walk the restaurant 3 times and cleared but NEVER wiped a single table. Disappointed and as much as I liked our food will not be back. Not all the staff was bad.. there were a few who were working really hard but the couple that were not and the apparent lack of customer care and cleanliness was enough to sway me from going again for a while..
