It is truly difficult to put into words what Audrey Lacey and her incredible team at Legends Real Estate have done for me and my investment property. When Audrey became involved, my Airbnb was struggling terribly and had reached the point where I was genuinely concerned about the future of my investment. In less than three months, Audrey and her team completely turned the property around, transforming it from a significant financial burden into an extremely profitable and successful rental property. Their knowledge, experience, and guidance have been invaluable. From their recommendations on décor and ambiance to understanding what guests are looking for, they helped transform my property into a beautiful, desirable, and sought-after Airbnb. But what impressed me most about Audrey goes far beyond her knowledge of real estate. She genuinely cares. Her compassion, integrity, professionalism, and personal commitment to helping me succeed were extraordinary. I truly believe Audrey helped save my investment property at a time when I desperately needed the right person in my corner. I cannot recommend Audrey Lacey and the team at Legends Real Estate highly enough. Audrey is proof that you can be an exceptionally successful businesswoman while never losing your compassion or your ability to care about the people you serve. Audrey didn't just help save my property—she gave me back confidence in my investment and turned what had become a tremendous worry into something I can once again be proud of. For that, I will always be incredibly grateful. Five stars simply aren't enough.
As a mortgage loan officer for Texana Bank I have the privilege of working with the top agents in the industry. Mark Tutor and I worked together recently to help a wonderful couple purchase their first home. Mark sets the bar for professionalism, market knowledge, communication, care, and attention to detail. The way he treats his clients like family and explains each step in the process makes my part of the transaction smooth and helps his clients feel secure and calm throughout the process. I strongly recommend Mark Tutor and The Legends of Real Estate for your first or your next real estate purchase. Thank you Mark!
This has been the absolute best experience I’ve had with a Real Estate Agency. Communication and responsiveness to my concerns has been amazing. Any request order ever put in or any issue reported has been dealt with amazing communication and quality work. These guys truly are legends.
I have been a Realtor for 10 years (Iowa and Florida) and joined Legends in December 2021. It has been one of the best moves for my business and personal life. Audrey Lackie and Clark LaBlond not only fully understand the challenges and needs of a real estate business for their agents, they are laser focused on providing concierge level service to the sellers and buyers who chose the The Legends of Real Estate as their brokerage that far exceeds that of other brokerages. They also have carefully hand-selected preferred lenders, home inspectors, home warranty representatives and title companies to assist and smooth the transaction. For this reason, I am proud to put my name with theirs when representing my customers.
The Legends East Coast Property Management is a respectful group of individuals who are motivated to find you the best property to meet your needs! I gave them all of my requirements, considering I have a three legged pit bull mix... I had a challenge trying to find places that have a big yard, fenced in, minimal stairs & that will allow a pit mix... They found me the perfect property! My pup and I are happy as can be! Thank you Kyle & Jonathan. I could not be more pleased! 10/10 would recommend & 11/10 will use the Legends services again!
