The Julington Apartments

We have lived in this community for the past three years, and one of the biggest reasons we’ve chosen to stay is Juan. Over time, he has become more than just our maintenance supervisor—he has become like family. His hardworking nature, respectful attitude, and unwavering reliability make daily life here feel supported and cared for. Juan consistently goes above and beyond for residents. Whether it’s responding quickly to a concern, taking extra time to ensure a repair is done right, or simply greeting everyone with kindness, he brings a level of dedication that is rare to find. His presence adds comfort, trust, and stability to our home, and we truly appreciate everything he does. Juan is a tremendous asset to this company and to the community he serves.

My husband and I moved to the Julington about 8 months ago and are very happy with our apartment. The leasing staff Alexis, Keysha, and Charisma are amazing. Really make the residents feel like a big community. The maintenance staff Brian, Drew, and Juan are always working hard making the building and the grounds look amazing.

Living here is like a Saw trap. If you’re going to live here, get a unit on the exterior of the building. The “Zen Garden” may sound zen, but it absolutely is not. At first, having such a self-contained apartment complex seems nice. The courtyard, pool, and common areas are all enclosed in the center of the building. In practice, that design becomes a structural nightmare if your apartment faces inward. One disrespectful resident can invite 43 of their closest friends over to party at night, and every apartment overlooking the courtyard and pool gets the pleasure of listening to it until somebody finally calls the courtesy officer. And the problem isn’t one particular group of noisy residents. There seems to be a rotating cast. One night it’s people yelling at the pool. Another night it’s a party in the courtyard. Then someone else takes their turn. Because the noise comes from different residents on different nights, it feels like an endless and completely avoidable problem. The leasing staff does not seem to have effective control over late-night noise, despite how frequently it happens. This complex repeatedly describes itself as “luxury,” but the experience of living here does not match that description. A luxury apartment should not require residents to routinely call a courtesy officer just to get some peace at night. Until management gets a meaningful handle on the late-night noise, I would not recommend living here unless you can get a unit facing the exterior of the complex. If your apartment overlooks the courtyard or pool, good luck. May the odds be ever in your favor. 😂😂😂

THE JULINGTON is by far one of the nicest apartment complexes in Jacksonville!! The neighbors are AMAZING and we all have great times. (Especially our Friday BYOB pool game nights in the Social Club). The Staff (Alexis, Kesha, Charisma, Juan, Brian and Drew are ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! They ALWAYS treat you like FAMILY, they always take care of your needs and do everything THEY CAN to make your stay fun and exciting. (The Pool party’s are so much fun!!) Love Food Truck Mondays!! 🤤 So if you are in the hunt for a new place for your Family, look 👀 NO FURTHER and join us here at THE JULINGTON!!
