The Inkwell Art Bar

The Inkwell is our new favorite spot! We like to go every Tuesday for sketch night. Brian is an awesome teacher. They have tons of beer and non alcoholic options to choose from, plus a snack menu that includes an affordable charcuterie board in various sizes, a giant pretzel, and more. The bartenders are so sweet and fun to hang with. The owners have curated an atmosphere of creativity and sanctuary for musicians, artists, and supporters of the arts.

I’m a local artist and pro musician here in Fernandina Beach…..the Inkwell is my new happy place. The have open mic, trivia, shows by local musicians, painting classes, and there’s an amazing art gallery that is WAY more friendly to local artists, myself included, than most of the galleries here which cater to the transplant millionaire beach crowd. They have a great beer and wine selection, and Beth makes a killer cappuccino! Five stars for everything!!!

The Ink Well Art Bar is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that sparks creativity. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to assist and offer inspiration. The variety of art supplies available is impressive, catering to both beginners and seasoned artists. The workshops are engaging and well-structured, making it easy to learn new techniques while having fun. I especially loved the community vibe; it felt great to connect with fellow art enthusiasts. Whether you want to unleash your creativity, take a class, or simply enjoy a relaxing afternoon, the Ink Well Art Bar is the perfect spot. I can’t recommend it highly enough—definitely a five-star experience!
