I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Hurst Company and the exceptional service Hank and his entire staff provided to our family. They handled my mother’s estate and tax preparation with an extraordinary combination of professionalism, expertise, patience, and genuine personal care during a very important and emotional time for our family. I have worked with many very good CPAs over the course of several decades, but the level of service I received from Hank and his team truly stands above them all. They never made us feel like just another client or another tax return. Hank and his staff took the time to understand our situation, explain things clearly, answer every question, and make sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Their kindness and personal attention meant more to me than I can adequately express. Their client portal was also incredibly easy to use. Uploading and accessing documents was simple and convenient, and communication was outstanding. Whenever I had a question, I received a prompt, thoughtful response. That level of accessibility and responsiveness is rare and greatly appreciated. I have been using The Hurst Company for over 30 years and I can't recommend this firm enough. As a Georgia resident I appreciate their Georgia and Federal tax knowledge. As someone who has become increasingly sensitive in recent years to the handling of my financial information by a third party, the Hurst Company was ahead of my fears. The very secure dropbox provided by the website in recent years puts my mind at ease. I couldn't imagine using another CPA Firm.
We have used The Hurst Company CPA’s for over 15 years. We have tried other firms and landed on Hurst Company CPA’s….and never looked back. Their TEAM of pros, from the front desk to the highest paid CPA has always been VERY respectful and professional with us. They have treated us like a Fortune 500 company. Both with our corporate and individual returns. Our little mom and pop shop has grown with the demand of our county and Hurst Co has advised us, been by our side, helped us with corporate matters and basically guided us through EVERY high and low we have had in our 29 yrs of business in Nassau County. Advice on loans, transition through COVID, finding us grant money and even advising us that we better hurry up and get our tangible tax return done!!! How do they keep track of all of this???
