Im new here to the Jacksonville area coming fom Chesapeake Va. This morning I decided to look for a church to attend and Google sent me here.. i really enjoed the service and the friendly people. Thank you
Their Commitment to Service is Excellent !! Pastor Don Johnson & Lady J, are truly Anointed for their calling. They are equipped to Lead, Mentor, and Develop; Great Disciples. I am so....glad that I won a ticket, to TD Jake Soar, in November of 2017. It brought me to a Church, that I never knew existed. Being new to the City of Jacksonville, I had been searching for a Ministry closer to home. I was so impressed with the anointing, flowing from the Praise & Worship Team. I thought to myself, Wow, TD Jake's P & W Team are awesome. Then Pastor DJ took the platform and said, let's give our P & W Team a hand. I thought OH, they just hyped up because of TD. So I decided to come back on Sunday morning, and check them out. Well needless to say, I am still checking them out almost one year later. I have found, that The House of Prayer is the place to be...cause: EVERYTHING YOU NEED, IS IN THE HOUSE !! I truly thank God for leading me to this Ministry, to be blessed with the Leadership of such an Anointed Man and Woman of God. To God be the Glory!! AMEN.
The best church ever I can’t tell you enough how warming and inviting they are the pastor and the lady of the church are the best they help people every Sunday and sometimes more than Sundays when you walk in this church you feel welcomed. I love it and I’ve been going here for years and will continue to.
They have a form of Outreach programs however, they still shun the Homeless. In addition, they constantly lie about the Homeless that go there to get food and, clothes. Saying they are doing other things than using the rest rooms in the rest rooms. These are flat out lies via the Hypocrites that go to church there. Now if a Homeless person is even a regular there, they can not use the rest rooms. I strongly state never go to this church. They are highly hypocritical and, liars. They are well known for shuning the Homeless too. Yes, truely.
The Best church to get inspired, learn about scripture, and have an opportunity to give back to the community. Pastor Johnson don't just preach, he teach!
