Pet friendly and friendly staff. Excellent customer service and selection of products. Pre cut lumber selection is well organized and reasonable price. Excellent selection of outdoor and entry way rugs and mats. Huge selection of cleaning products and good prices. Clean restrooms & clean shopping carts. Large parking lots with ample size parking spaces. Highly recommend

I recently ordered a toolbox from the Fleming Island Home Depot location, and unfortunately it arrived dented. Needless to say, I was pretty frustrated and disappointed with the situation. After calling the store, I spoke with Melinda, and she completely turned the experience around for me. She helped coordinate the return, pickup, and reorder process, and she stayed on top of everything from start to finish. What really stood out was her communication and dedication — she personally called me multiple times with updates and made sure I was informed every step of the way. It’s rare to find customer service like that anymore. Melinda genuinely cared about making things right and did an amazing job handling the situation professionally and efficiently. Home Depot is lucky to have employees like her.

Found exactly what I was looking for and the person who was assisting me was so very helpful and assisted with the billing when I left the store
