Stopped in the New St John’s Home Depot today. Supersized! Extremely clean, stacked to the ceiling! Associates ready to help! Garden Center blooming! Everything in stock! Well Done!
What a huge, new and amazing store. Have shopped at many Home Depot but this was one of the newest, biggest and well stocked ones that I have ever been in. Easy to find with a ton of parking as well as helpful and knowledgeable employees. Was looking for a 20" battery powered fan, was brought to the fan area by an employee and saw a well stocked area but regretfully not an product that I was looking for. Again, if you live in the area of this store please make sure you have this place as your home improvement supplier.
Went for a simple quick load of water softener salt, expecting the worst, I haven’t had good luck at Home Depot finding help! Walked in the garden center and there was a gentleman who quickly guided us in the right direction. Found what I wanted headed back up to pay and was immediately taken care of by a very friendly man. Next thing I knew I was loaded up and on my way. Best experience I’ve had a a Home Depot in years. I will most likely be back! Job well done in World Commerce Center! Thank You!
This Home Depot service department went out of their way to try to figure out a previous charge on an account. It's a very clean organized store with helpful and polite workers. It is Well stocked and inventoried. It may sometimes take a while to have somebody load up your truck but they even work during the rain!
Drew at Home Depot was incredibly helpful during my recent appliance purchase. He has helped me several times now, and every experience has been great. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely goes above and beyond for customers. One minute he’s giving thoughtful advice and helping solve problems, and the next he’s cracking jokes and making the whole experience less stressful. I really appreciated all of his help and kindness throughout the process. Home Depot WGV is lucky to have him!
