The manager at this location(woman on a knee scooter) and her minion told me they had no control over turning on the light displays. They come on whenever . Told her as a manager you might want to get that fixed as you opened at 6 am and at 8:15 still dark. Again she insisted she couldn’t do anything and then made the foolish remark it is an electricity saving decision. Well my sale would have helped pay that bill. In addition, if you are a vendor relying on Home Depot to sell your lighting well you might need to look at vendors who actually have lights on and thoughtful displays. Because honestly there was nothing great about the display efforts of this location.
The process was easy and now that my military discount is added is even smoother. They have made it a lot better with getting your military information entered in one of the customer service agents was nice enough to help me over the years. It had been really hard but more recently they have made it a simpler process.
Dave C in the garden centers customer service was above and beyond excellent! We returned a large plant and he was very helpful with the process and helped us find a beautiful new replacement plant. He did all the heavy lifting too! Thank you!!!
Roberta, our Appliance Specialist helped us with our purchase thoroughly with patience and friendliness, we appreciate her so much! Daycia's energy and smile had us having fun even when leaving. Every associate that passed us said hello and was so kind. What a great team you guys have at #1324! You are our new Home Depot for sure! Keep up the fantastic work!
Crystal and Jordan!!! You two made my experience worth it! I came all the way from Green Cove to this Home Depot with intent to get a color paver that they do not have at my local store. Crystal and Jordan proceeded to try to load the pallet onto my trailer, but unfortunately the pallet rotted out, and the boards fell off, so they both hand carried 465 pavers in total onto my trailer. Another employee did help with the final 65. I believe his name was Nolan but I’m not positive. Crystal and Jordan went out of their way to make this experience wonderful. Please give them both a raise.
