The Home Depot

On July 2nd, I had to came to Middleburg home depot to grab a few things in plumbing.when I got onto the area for plumping, I was absolutely lost and needed help. A young girl I believe she went by Red walked by and asked if I needed help and I told her yes, Red was up front and honest with me and said she didn't really know anything about pluming that she was in hardware but absolutely was willing to help me in anyway she possibly could. Red was not only helpful but she took her time , was super kind and she listened to what I was saying. Red absolutely helped me get all the right pieces I needed to fix my water lines. She definitely had really good customer service skills! Keep up the good work! Thank you for all the hard work you do. Thank you home depot for the good customer service!

I’m extremely disappointed. I purchased a Central AC from Home Depot. They’ve sent Florida Home AC for an estimate and to install a New Central AC. Less than a year later, the ac fan stopped running causing it to not cool the home. I arranged an appointment last night and I waited from 7pm-10pm last night for a service visit that never happened, despite being told a tech was coming. I was then given a firm commitment for today between 7am-12pm. It is now after 5pm and there has been no show. After calling repeatedly to escalate, I was told you don’t service this address. This is the rental property where Home Depot sold and installed the central AC. We need urgent service for my tenants who are without cooling.

Went to Middleburg Home Depot and had some lumber that is priced by the foot cut to length for me and the lumber associate did a good job. The girl at the self checkout couldn’t understand how to price something that is sold by the foot. Another associate stepped in to help, as I was talking to the second associate, associate 1 stepped back in and became rude and argumentative and ended up cussing at me in front of my child. The second associate then called the manager and nothing was resolved. Went back a few weeks later to get a few more pieces of the lumber that is cut to length and asked an associate in the lumber department if they would cut the lumber for me (like had been done several times in the past) and was told “no, they don’t cut that lumber to length) I explained that it has been done several times in the past and was told no again. He pointed me to a cutting station with an extremely dull hand saw and informed me to do it myself. Some of the worst customer experience I have had have come from this one store. Avoid them if at all possible and just use a different company.

I had one of those experiences that truly restores your faith in customer service. Luis, Brian, and Hayde didn’t just help me find what I needed they took the time to really listen, walk through options with me, and make sure I left feeling confident instead of overwhelmed. I’ve been dealing with a lot personally, and something as simple as patience, kindness, and genuine care made a bigger difference than they probably realize. There was no rushing and no brushing me off just people doing their jobs with integrity and heart. This is exactly why I keep coming back to this location. Thank you again to Luis, Brian, and Hayde for treating me like a person, not just another customer in the aisle.
