Stopped in a few minutes before closing on a Saturday night needing a piece of plywood and also needing it trimmed. Worried it would be a hassle and no one would be around to cut it to help it fit in my car, I was ready for disappointment. Register person says they will call someone and they have a concerned look and tone like this isn’t happening lol. I get ready for a long wait or no one to show up. I walk back, get the lumber, and walk to the saw. Thinking I’m in for a long wait and disappointment I’m standing there. Moments later here comes Erick. He was enthusiastic, polite, engaging, willing to help, friendly, and everything you could want from Home Depot at near closing in a Saturday… and any time for that matter. His attitude and personality are what Home Depot should strive to have in an employee. I hope he succeeds and is recognized for his brilliant attitude and willingness to help. Get this man a raise and have him teach others how to treat customers. Holidays are coming and he has a contagious happy personality.

Nice clean store with everything for any project you need to start or complete. Plenty of help on the floor to assist or answer questions. Hit the sale today and got a nice blower at $20 off! They never seem to be out of anything at all. The only complaint is that I don’t do self checkout and there is usually only one or two registers open. Nice large parking lot with easy access to US1 or 312. If your local hardware store doesn’t have your item, you can get it here. Home Depot is Veteran friendly with a 10% discount! I am absolutely dissatisfied with how my barn-door project was handled. There was a lack of communication between the installer George Burton Construction Inc. and the store, which resulted in two installation crew trips to my home, whereas the work ended up not being done the way I expected and agreed to with the store rep. During the first installation attempt, the installation crew only had 1 person, who told me it was a two person job. The gentlemen left me with one of the doors' gravity center improperly positioned, causing that door to pull in (with one door curving out of the visual/projected line). On top of it, that same door was "using carpet" to keep it from swinging further, meaning my brand new carpet was exposed to a damage from a constant friction that the door would be causing. That is how it was left that time. I showed the videos and photos to the store management, and they agreed the job was not done right. On the second occasion, having waited for weeks, a crew of two people came out, and stated they could not install the second rail due to space constraints. They would not even have fixed the door that was swinging in had I not asked them to do it. They blamed the store for not ordering the correct part. I spoke with the store this morning, and they told me the installation company had informed them that nothing can be done (although the installation crew told me it could possibly be done). The store asked if I wanted something (I assume as a compensation for the work not done right), but I declined their offer. Instead, I offered to pay more to have the job done, but they stated there were no other companies they were partnering with, so, basically, it is what it is.

I just wanted to grab a cheap weed wacker but they are locked up. There was an associate with the next bay gate open, and she was clearly agitated as she could not find the item she was trying to pick up for what looked like to be an online order perhaps and I asked her if she could just unlock this one which was right next to her so I could grab this weed eater and she was so rude about telling me no that she would be back later so I stormed off mumbling under my breath when Marcus the greatest Home Depot employee ever chased me down and went and unlocked my weed eater. Thank you for Marcus for taking the time to notice I was in need lol. He was so sweet to take it to the garden center checkout as I told him I wanted to peep the plants. And it’s really the only place I check out because the cashier that works out there Ann is awesome. I will be speaking with a manger about how awesome they both are next time I go.
