Stephen, Casey, Kayla, the entire team at The Heard Lending just made what seemed impossible possible!! I’d been through the entire process of refinancing with a previous lender all for them to back out at the last minute and crush both mine and my siblings hearts after having already lost our mom. This was way bigger than your average loan, this was the ability to buy them out of inheritance in order to hold onto our mom’s home and still be able to hold family gatherings in a place she’d made so special for us over the years. These guys just came in like heroes and worked quickly around the clock to make it possible for us! I can’t thank them enough and would definitely highly recommend them for any loan/refinancing needs!! I wouldn’t use anyone else for future needs. They made the entire process smooth as can be, hooked us up with a great title company as well! Officially a homeowner again!

Casey and the team were absolutely wonderful to work with. We ultimately ended up having to go a different direction during our home buying experience but the time she spent with us was invaluable. She took as much time as we needed answering questions and explaining the whole procedure to a first time home buyer. I would not hesitate to do business with her in the future. Working with Casey Schwartz at Herd Lending was an experience I would recommend to anyone! From the beginning she worked with us every step of the way to get an approval for a house that was in the budget we wanted, not just the maximum the numbers said we could afford, listened to our concerns, and found a way to get everything we could ask for! She kept costs lower than all of her competitors that we talked to, and found a very favorable interest rate during a volatile interest rate environment!
