Promises promises. I was told I would have my bike on a Tuesday and by Friday no work was done to it. Zero communication unless I instigated it and even then was made promises that were never kept. I was promised it would be done the following week, zero communication. I got my deposit back the day that Biketoberfest starts with a bike that ran perfectly before they put their hands on it and now runs like absolute dirt. They closed without notice and watched me pull up with my bike, telling me they could not help.
I dropped my bike off Tuesday morning and it was done by the next day. Great service, great communication, fast work, and let me know about other minor problems with my bike and told me how I can go about fixing them at home. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Highly recommend Garrison moto to anyone with a bike.
Had Roy tune my 2021 Ultra lImited, upgraded the cam a few years back then recently upgraded the injectors and throttle body, got a base tune from a company and it just didn't seem right. Took to Roy and HOLY CRAP it's like having a whole new bike now!!! His tune not only woke my bike up but made it SCREAM!!! Will work with again!
M109R .Nick is a nce guy,.they did what they said they would do, and im glad I trusted the process. Roy did a great job on the dyno, bike is running way better, sounds good. And the deceleration pop is an understatement 😄
