Stopped in for a quick bottle of wine and ended up spending almost an hour browsing- might I also mention while sipping on a delicious cocktail from the bar called "Espresso Noir". The selection here is impressive and the store is HUGE! They carry such unique products you cant find anywhere in Jacksonville- the French wine selection is phenomenal. The staff was extremely knowledgeable without being pushy. The store feels clean, organized, and more curated than your average liquor store- You can tell the team genuinely cares about the guest experience. Definitely feels like a hidden gem.

I visited this location on Thursday afternoon to take advantage of the $5 meal deal and the $5 rotisserie chicken special. I appreciate the value that The Fresh Market offers with these promotions, as they are both convenient and affordable. Upon entering the store, I was looking for the restroom and asked an associate at the register for directions. Although she was assisting another customer, I politely said “excuse me,” as it was my first time visiting this location. Unfortunately, the interaction did not feel very welcoming and came across as somewhat dismissive. After walking around briefly, I was informed that the restrooms are located on the second floor. There was a line at the counter where the $5 meals are ordered, but it moved quickly. The associates working behind the counter were friendly and professional, and I was pleased with the customer service provided in that department. This location also offers ample parking and carries a wide variety of food and beverages. The Fresh Market is especially known for its desserts, and the chocolate fudge brownies are excellent. Overall, aside from the initial interaction at the register, I had a positive experience and was satisfied with this location.

Such a beautifully laid out and well organized store. Their selection of products is so thoughtful and everyone was super helpful -they even have coffee! Looking forward to returning.

We accidentally ordered the wrong wine on door dash and walked in to see if they would exchange it. The staff was so friendly and so accommodating. And the selection in the store was unmatched. The manager was a sommelier at some fantastic places and recommended a new wine to us. We’ll definitely be back!
