When my coworker Bill caught wind we were in the market to buy a house he recommended Tracy and I knew it would be a great match because of how wonderful people they are. As first time home buyers, we really weren’t sure what we were doing, but Tracy made the process so much easier. She was dedicated and persistent in the search for our home. She made sure we got an appointment to every house we were interested in seeing and had every detail ready for us. Throughout the entire process she made sure we were comfortable and knew everything we needed to. She found us our beautiful new home and fought to make sure we received everything we wanted. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor and friend to be with us for this journey!
The Frandsen Team is incredibly professional and reliable from start to finish. They always kept in contact with us and made themselves available for calls and messages any time or day of the week. Their extensive experience shines through when difficulties within the process arise, they are quick to find and solution. They are detail oriented and have excellent negotiation skills. I would highly recommend having them on your team when looking to buy or sell!
Tracy and Holly helped us find our first home, and they could not have been better! We could tell from day 1 that they truly cared about our wants and needs and worked to find homes that fit our ideals. They were even present on our walkthroughs and helped point out things the seller needed to improve prior to closing. They also even stopped by the house a couple of times before closing to check on the progress for us! We would recommend Tracy and Holly to anyone.
Great team to work with! They were very responsive and got things done when they needed to. Definitely would recommend the Frandsen team for all your real estate needs.
The Frandsen Team of Holly and Tracy were exceptional! My wife and I cannot thank them enough for all they did to help us buy our dream home! They are everything you are looking for in a realtor team: professional, knowledgeable, hard working, quick response time, and most importantly they truly love what they do and care about your individual wants and needs. My wife and I highly recommend the Frandsen Team!
