We had such a wonderful experience at Fluffy Cow Cafe! From the moment we checked in until we left, the entire team made us feel so welcome and well taken care of. A special shoutout to Caroline at the front desk, who was warm, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. Lilly was an outstanding tour guide. She asked whether we wanted a brief overview or a more detailed tour, which was a thoughtful touch, and she happily answered every question we had. Terri and Justin were also incredibly helpful and added to the overall positive experience. The highlight of the day was when they let my 12 year old feed the camel calf. It absolutely made her day and is a memory she’ll treasure for a long time! The only suggestion I’d make is that I’d love to see more fluffy Highland cows. There were about four of them, and while they were adorable, I was expecting a few more cows than goats based on the name “Fluffy Cow Cafe.” That said, it was still a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff truly care about their guests and the animals, and it shows. We highly recommend visiting Fluffy Cow Cafe if you’re in the St. Augustine area!
Wonderful place to visit! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about all the animals. I went with my family and 7 month old and we all had a great time petting, feeding and brushing the animals there. Will be back again!
This was such a fun experience! We really enjoyed feeding and getting to spend time with the animals. It was super well managed and the group sizes are kept to a decent number so everyone has a chance with each animal! I especially loved the kitties inside before we even went out to see the outdoor animals.
Probably one of the best animal experiences yet! Usually the majority of animal encounters only include petting them but this was so unreal! You actually get to go into the enclosure and pet the animals, feed them, brush them, and learn of them- their names, their personalities and how they got there! The place is very easy to find, every single worker I’ve talked to was super kind and more genuinely happy to be there than I was! There were different kinds of animals from ponies, ducks, chickens, cows, one camel and even pigs! I love that they also have domestic animals there too! Inside the house you’ll find a sweet little cat, a parrot, hedgehog, some snakes & a couple of dogs running around and guess what!? You get to meet ALL of them! Would 1,000% recommend!
Absolute best experience. Took my kids, but just so I could go too! 😊 Staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and the animals were the best. So friendly and cute. Love that we got to feed them but also go in the enclosure and pet them, take pictures and brush them. Would definitely go back!
