The Eye Associates - Jacksonville Beach

On my last visit to Eyes Associates office I had to wait 1hr-30min, even though i arrived on time. I think that they should schedule more thoroughly the patien visit to reduce waiting time based on the working load. The assistant and receptionist were very courteous and knowledgeable. Dr. Bowden is very knowledgeable and courteous explained in detail my eye condition and the procedure to improve it.

Great experience from start to finish. The front desk were pleasant and helpful, the young lady who dialed in my prescription did an awesome job, and the doctor was knowledgeable and explained the situation in a way I could understand it. Seamless and efficient start to finish. And nice as well

I took my father for an appointment with Dr. Schneider Tuesday. There were many people waiting to see the doctor; clearly, the office was overwhelmed. We waited one hour and 45 minutes to see the doctor. This is unacceptable. In addition, the receptionist in the office was quite sick, coughing non-stop, not covering. She announced to the waiting room that she had been sick as a dog the previous day. When I asked if she would like to put on a mask, she said she was fine that day. Clearly, she was not. Finally, the doctor prescribed an antibiotic for my father's eye. The receptionist said it had been called in. The pharmacy never received it. I have called multiple times to follow up and have received no response. I find all of this completely unacceptable.

I have been to this clinic twice now and I highly recommend them. My wait time was minimal, and the front desk lady is the sweetest woman ever. She seems to genuinely care about you. Dr. Schneider is also very down to earth and easy to talk to. I called one morning freaking out after having something in my eye for 2 days, they told me to come right away and I was seen immediately. He taught me ways to save money when it comes to buying glasses and eye drops. Very nice office too.
