To Dr alverez and his team . Thanks for making me feel like I'm at home on my first appointment. I shall return again again. Dr Alvarez and his team are very easy to talk to. Dr Alvarez is very down to earth if you have anything wrong from your arms to your legs he will check it out or send you to where you need to go. I love being around bilingual people too. Dr Alvarez makes me feel cared about as a patient. I recommend Dr Alvarez and his team to the whole city of jacksonville florida and beyond.

I visited this Doctors office to visit Dr Alvarez 3 times this year. Appointments didn’t take long to set, the receptionist are bilingual, they call ahead to be sure I will be coming to set appointments and very friendly. Dr Alvares was very preoccupied with my health looking for the best solutions to my situation, he’s very kind and carrying. I would recommend this office and ask pertinent questions to care for your health needs. I would definitely recommend
