The Doctors Center - Southside

Since moving to Jacksonville, I needed to find a new doctor, and I’m so glad I found Kristen at the Doctor's clinic. She takes such great care of me! I truly couldn’t be happier with the service she provides. She genuinely cares about her patients and always takes the time during each visit to make sure I fully understand everything about my health.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience!! Got what I understand to be a fairly serious diagnosis from Dr. Kristen DeMaggio. Tried calling the next day to ask for a life expectancy and was told that she would return my call, which never happened. An office worker did return my call and tried to handle it. I repeated that I would like to speak with my doctor. She informed me that she would have the doctor respond, which again, never happened. After 4 hours, went to the office to try to speak to her. Waited 30-45 minutes, still, no response. Looked her in the face through the check-in window and she wouldn't even acknowledge my presence. I finally gave up as my daughter was about to miss her doctors appointment at another provider. Decided to cancel all up and coming appointments. If you can't be bothered for simply 30 seconds of your time to give a life expectancy to one of your patients, then you obviously couldn't care less about your patients and have NO BUSINESS WHATSOEVER being in healthcare!! These people couldn't care less!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED... STAY AWAY!!!

I love the staff here they are wonderful and friendly and My doctor Kristen does not play she will come for you meaning she really is concerned about keeping her patients in the best possible health. She takes notice and make sure your are doing the things you need to do to be well and stay well!

Dr Gace Merchant is awesome. She in pain but still there for her patients. She always takes good care of me. I would diffently recommend her but I want her for myself
