We had such a great experience at The Dirty Palette in Keystone Heights! This is such a fun and unique place, and I love that there are so many different creative activities to choose from. Whether you’re artistic or someone who doesn’t consider themselves creative at all, it feels like a place where anyone can come in, relax, have fun, and make something of their own. The atmosphere was welcoming and laid-back, and the staff made the experience even better. They were friendly, helpful, and available when we needed assistance without making us feel rushed. I also really appreciated the variety of projects and options available. There is genuinely something for different ages, interests, and skill levels, which makes this a great place for families, friends, couples, girls’ days, birthdays, or just something different to do. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making it an enjoyable experience rather than simply somewhere you go to complete an art project. We had a wonderful time and left with not only something we created ourselves, but a fun memory to go along with it. I would absolutely recommend The Dirty Palette to anyone looking for a creative activity in the Keystone Heights area. We will definitely be back to try some of the other projects and activities they offer!
From the moment I walked into the door and to the moment I left, I felt like family! I’ve made so many things and the instructors were top notch (& I’m a pain). Highly recommend for anyone teenie tiny on up! Pictured: wheel thrown mug, glass blown ornaments, and resin charcuterie boards.
This Is What Small-Town Community Is About ❤️ My mother-in-law, GiGi, Debbie, maaaa, mom❤️ introduced me to this wonderful little place, and what stood out to me most wasn't just the pottery — it was the relationship she has built with the staff. GiGi is a retired elder who discovered a passion for creating custom stoneware pieces. She carefully designs them for members of her family as a personal way of showing how much she loves them. ❤️ These aren't simply dishes or pieces of pottery to her — they're memories and gifts made with intention. The staff communicates with her about her pieces, including when her stoneware is being fired in the kiln, and I genuinely appreciate the patience, kindness, and respect they show her. THIS is what small-town community is supposed to feel like — people knowing one another, looking out for each other, supporting someone's creativity, and respecting our elders. A quick heads-up for visitors: they are currently making some changes and improvements, so please give them a little patience.🎨🏺 Thank you for taking care of your community and, especially, for treating GiGi with such kindness and respect. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from me. Community matters. Kindness matters. And how we treat our elders matters. ❤️
I have been wanting to visit to paint since they opened. I signed my gal friend and I up for vintage tree painting night, something that has also been on my holiday bucket list for years. It was so relaxing, enjoyable and we had a great group. Thank you for making the night easy and fun. We will be back. Oh! I adore my tree. A Christmas treasure for years to come!
This place was great, we came for mother's day and the kids loved it the girls helping were great. We will definitely be back. Going to check out some of the events.
