The Delray Center in Jacksonville

Words truly aren’t enough to express how grateful I am for the incredible staff at Delray Center. After moving to Florida just a month ago, I felt overwhelmed and unsure of how I was going to get back on track with my prescription. Cathy and Dr. Watson went above and beyond to get me in as quickly as possible, showing genuine care and urgency every step of the way. ( I didn't get the medical assistants name, but she was amazing and truly made me feel seen and supported). Thank you all so much for your kindness and urgency! If you're lucky enough to get to seen by this crew, you'll truly be in good hands!

I had been coming here for about a year now. I have very complex needs and my mental health is super important to me. From the get go, the office staff was always rude. They have terrible communication skills towards the people who are there to be in a safe environment. Seth has been a great practitioner and I have no complaints about him. 5/5 stars for him. They have shady policies. Random drug tests were required and never disclosed to me initially. When I refused to pay out of pocket for the tests, which are supposed to be 100% covered by insurance, they became very agitated and stated that if I wanted to continue care, then I would have to take the tests. On my most recent visit, I was a few minutes late due to traffic issues, which was my first tardy in the time I have been there. They took my copayment and said that my provider is running behind. After they took the payment, they became condescending and stated that I was too late for the appointment and that I would have to reschedule, pay a no show fee, and lose the payment I just made… even though the patient that was ahead of me was still in their session. They reluctantly tried to send messages to see if they “could still fit me in” I waited an hour in the waiting area and had no response. I just left after that. They reached out by phone minutes after I left and said they would be happy to reschedule and call me the following day. The call never came. My therapist, Leslie, was pretentious, apathetic, and wouldn’t let me finish thoughts or validate anything I was talking about. Furthermore she was against my medication regimen that the NP in their office was prescribing, and then scolded me for it. Needless to say, she released me from care at the beginning of a session, and still got paid for it. Lastly, they have no patient portal. There is a runaround to get any answers for anything. It’s slower than carrier pigeons. This place only cares about getting paid. I don’t think the MD, Rodriguez, even comes to that location, just the NPs. All in all, the experience here has been counterproductive. Mic drop.

All the staff at Delray are so sweet and compassionate. Seth Watson has been my psychiatrist for over a year and I couldn’t recommend anyone else more. He always listens to my concerns and I feel truly seen. My medications finally feel like they’re helping me instead of hurting me. I recommend them to anyone looking for a psychiatrist or therapist.

Seth is amazing! He helped me find out I got misdiagnosed as a kid! I’m so grateful! I feel like all the years of stress and concern, immediately went down the drain!
