We recently stayed at The Conch House Motel for two nights to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and we truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. We traveled with my in-laws and our five-year-old son, and from the moment we arrived, every employee made us feel welcomed and valued. You can tell there is a tremendous amount of pride and care being put into both the motel and marina. Our room was beautifully updated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The renovations and upgrades they have been making absolutely show. Everything felt fresh, clean, and well-maintained. We also brought our boat and used the marina during our stay. The marina staff was phenomenal—friendly, helpful, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. The pool area was another highlight. We learned from the manager that they have recently implemented a guest-only policy with limited access, and it made such a difference. The pool was relaxing, never overcrowded, and perfect for families. One afternoon, the manager even brought guests fresh watermelon, which was such a thoughtful touch and speaks volumes about the level of hospitality here. What impressed us most was how much every employee seemed to genuinely care about the guest experience. That level of service is hard to find and is what turns a good stay into a great one. The rates are incredibly reasonable for the quality of accommodations, service, and amenities you receive. We left already talking about our next trip back. If you’ve been considering staying at The Conch House Motel, don’t pass it up. We had an amazing experience and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, updated, family-friendly place to stay with an outstanding marina and exceptional staff.
We LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! The staff in the front office and the Marina office are always so friendly. We drive our boat up from Daytona and spend the night quite often and every trip has been a success… If I could give more than 5 stars I would ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Was very disappointed we waited long time for dirty tables then didn't get our app waitresses was ok but not around much when food came it was small portions advertise full chicken, lucky.If it was a half to a quarter of a chicken breast gf didn't care for her food ! We waited long time for waitress to come back to ask if we needed anything or how our food was never came.Still never got our appetizer, which they said later was a side which did not come out with the food even if it was a side it was not delivered with the food as it should have been. We got up to find manager manager was very rude. Said we drank too much as like we were supposed to be doing what the hour we waited on a Saturday night when they sell alcohol, sorry. We spent money at their place what a unprofessional thing to say when or food & service was not good at all. Food was just horrible. You're paying for a view, and that is it. They should be ashamed of themselves. Go there to have a drink on the dock, never eat there. That's my opinion They try to charge us for half the dish that she had one taste of and we had to insist on taking it off the tab. And then she was saying that we were rude for expressing our opinion, which would have never happened. If the food was good or the waitress came or the waitress brought her to our table. They got what they deserved also most the staff was teenage young not friendly or personal with and personality just cutting dry. highly recommend do not eat there.The food is very poor. Went to next restaurant and had a fast wonderful dinner right after that DT w a better view to rop it off ! Good luck.
Didn't realize how close to the Bridge of Lions it was! Room was nice and clean. Checking in and out was a breeze. Property was nice with large dock going into the river, which contained the lounge, restrooms and other features (we didn't walk the whole way). Plenty of parking. Didn't try the on-site restaurant, but there was one available. The pool was closed for refurbishment. Pricing comparable to others in the area. Would stay again.
We have stayed at the Conch House Marina four or five times and really love the vibe of this place. The bar located along the docks is very nice and often has live music. We stayed in the motel for the first time ever and found it to be very worth the money. Our cottage was clean spacious and had updated decor and bathroom!
