Trying to get tickets for a show this coming weekend and the staff is NOT friendly and they are REFUSING specific ADA accommodations that I need. I am NOT wheelchair bound but need closer seating in order to read lips due to hearing problems. Also, I need the lighting from the stage to be able to see my drink or food on the table; I am blind as well (but not all handicaps are the same). Going to unassigned seating is the ABSOLUTE worst thing this place could have done. And the fact that ANY staff is unwilling to listen to any requests being made is absurd. I think the ADA will have a field day with this. I am entitled to ask for REASONABLE accommodations, which front row seating is NOT unreasonable, and their site CLEARLY states that they will make "reservations" for accessibility reasons. I am NOT ashamed of my disability but they should be ashamed of their treatment of people who are. I would be embarrassed to say I worked there...thankfully I don't. But maybe I should and be better than this!! I've been management before and I also possess my ADA coordinator certification, and the amount of bad reviews for this place with ZERO responses is utterly disgusting! Do better Comedy Zone! You're an embarrassment to the city and the human race. If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would!!!!
We sat at the bar, seats are higher than on the floor yet still very close viewing to the stage. We found them to be perfect. Sean and Alicia work together like a fine tuned machine. They were both knowledgeable, friendly and effective. We will go back, and our new seats will always be at the bar. These seats are a hidden gem.
We really enjoyed ourselves. The only thing I would say, and it's not so much a complaint, just a suggestion. The seating and tables are a bit much. There needs to be more room and space to walk. It's so congested in there that if there was an people would be trampled. Other than that, great show, great service! We had a ball.
My wife and I enjoyed the show. Only giving 4 stars because, 1) parking is very limited and 2) good luck getting someone to pick up the phone to answer questions or get help the days of the shows. Otherwise, enjoy a good laugh!
Food was overpriced and could have been better. I also didn't like the way they waited until the end of the show to charge me for food and drinks instead of when I ordered or they brought the food out. They wait ti rhe end of the show and have your card 10-20 mins. And having to wait after the show to get my card back. They need a better system
