I was absolutely thrilled with my first experience with the Cleaning Authority. The team arrived on time and never stopped working. This was my first appointment so this visit was a thorough deep clean. The team of two were here for almost three hours along with a supervisor joining in later. Everything was cleaned and dusted thoroughly (I have two long hair cats) along with everything else. Our house looks beautiful! I look forward to the next appointment.
Today was my aecons experience with the Cleaning Authority and I would give them an A+. Three ladies showed up 15 min early, reviewed my requests that had been given to them prior to their visit, and began working HARD. They were amazing... cleaning every nook and cranny. They left a short time ago and my home is sparkling! Exceptional job.
Hired for a deep clean and a long overdue oven cleaning. They were great and paid high attention to details. They protected my floor while cleaning the oven which I appreciate because cleaning grease out of grout would be a nightmare. In general they did a great job with my floors. Even though I have a dog, no dog hair was left hiding in crevices or up against the baseboards. The initial deep clean with the oven wasn't cheap but they made it a good value by how well they did the job.
I have been with The Cleaning Authority for about two months. I really appreciated the time and effort of the ladies that came to my home today. They were professional and very thorough.
Reposting my statement that I made bout and hour ago. Please stay away from this company they deserve a 2 ⭐️ rating. I paid for a deep cleaning and tip them 200 it was a total of 650.00 and I got a half done ass job.
