The Church Of Eleven22 - St. Augustine Campus

To preface this church is definitely not the kind i would attend regularly just because of personal preference. The opening worship was in the dark and was a remix of a few songs so it was hard to get into it as they would change to another song so quickly. They also had baptisms which seemed very quick and didnt get the recognition they need. Also, because the church congregation is so large not everyone knew the candidates it seemed very assembly line. The sermon was amazing and the pastor did not hold back and seriously talked about commandment in Matthew 5 . But he was not at this location and was being streamed in. I may listen to more of his sermons. It is a little odd that the sermon plays over speakers in the bathrooms but ig it can be helpful. The worship was anout 15 min and the sermon was 1hr but super engaging. Then there was 1 song at the end and a quick dismissal. I dont live in the area but if i was church hunting i might return on the odd sunday. It is a large congregation so the parking isnt great and because of the dark worship they have ushers using flash lights to help find seats . And easy fix would be to have the lights on. Overall im more a small, traditional church girl but this might be the place for some people. Im not sure why every time they have the word "heaven" in songs of in verses they changed the font

Awesome preaching and welcome. Love the music. Great atmosphere. Five people came forward to receive Jesus as their personak Savior. YAY! But, having spent a life time over audio control boards and a few radio stations; the sound system is pushed so hard that there is a ton of amplifier distortion, bass over-extension and clipping; producing ear strain that LEADS TO HEARING LOSS; not to mention damage to the equipment leading to early failure. The audio control people need a lesson in "Love your neighbor".
