The Church of Eleven22 Mandarin campus may be the campus that showed me the most love and fellowship during my time around the Eleven22 family. I have experienced great people at multiple campuses, including San Pablo, but Mandarin became special because of the relationships formed there. "Bob" became more like family than just someone I met at church. He invited me to lunch many times, actually listened to what I had to say, took me at face value, and gave honest feedback in return. He tells the truth with love, and over time became a real mentor to me. I still keep in touch with him, still call him, still pray for him, and he still prays for me. At this point, I do not believe there will ever be a time when I fall out of his family or grace. I think often about going back just to be in fellowship with him. Garrett is another great guy. He is younger, but he approaches people with genuine care and real concern. He does not make you feel like a number. He asks how you are doing and seems to truly mean it. The campus itself is beautiful. The front of the building is welcoming, the field out back is accommodating, and the whole space feels inviting. Their production team is also fun and full of life. Nate is a cool guy, and I met several people there who still have my phone number, still reach out, and send Scripture, encouragement, and biblical motivation almost daily. The pastor speaks well, the worship team is awesome, and the same biblical truth that defines Eleven22 is present across their campuses. Their mission is clear and known by the people there: a movement for all people to discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus Christ. I would recommend the Mandarin campus to anyone in town. If you are in Mandarin, St. Augustine, or anywhere nearby, be sure to check it out. Great people, strong worship, real fellowship, and a Christ-centered community.
If you are kicking the tires do yourself a favor and take a trip to Eleven 22. See for yourself. It's a movement for all people to discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus. If you fit into the all category you will feel welcome there. Best part of my week. If you are wondering about service. We sing and praise God. Listen to Pastor Joby read from and speak about the Bible for a little more than 30 minutes. Then we sing and praise God before saying goodbye for the week. My family and I started attending the opening week at San Pablo. When we moved we started attending this campus. Doesn't matter matter which one you visit, we would love to see you there. I’ve been a member of this Church for many years now (since the first Walmart days at San Pablo 😄) and it only gets better with time. Yes, the Church is huge and it can be a little intimidating at first (especially if you’re an introvert like me) but it genuinely feels like a family IF you get plugged in (ie: Discipleship Groups and finding an area to serve in) and the staff is super helpful and eager to assist you no matter where you are on your spiritual journey.
This is the campus we attend when we visit Jacksonville. Very welcoming members from parking attendants, to greeters, to children's ministry, to the campus pastor. Excellent contemporary, live worship. Since this is a satellite campus, the sermon is live streamed... But as with the Church of Eleven 22, they have gifted people who make it feel like Pastor Joby is on stage. Pastor Joby delivers the gospel message in each sermon, providing historic background, exegeting the scripture as led by the Holy Spirit and keeps it real. They offer student ministries on Wednesday night, which my three youngest daughters recently attended and loved! Again, from the check-in breeder to the the student leaders to the leader of student ministries, all made my daughters. Feel welcome. The girls loved the live worship, the the Bible message presented by student leader and large group setting, breaking into small groups by gender and grade, game, and prayer time. May God be glorified!
