Ever since discovering The Children’s Place in Orange Park, I’ve made it my go-to store— whether shopping in person or shipping orders to the store. All the clothes I purchase are for my granddaughter, who is now school-age. She grows so quickly that I’m constantly trying to keep up with her wardrobe. I want to recognize three outstanding ladies: Cassandra Robinson, Manager; Callie Bell, Assistant Manager; and Whitney, Store Associate. Each of them consistently represents the store at the highest level. They are the perfect example of employees who truly understand what excellent customer service means. They are never too busy to return calls when messages are left. They are polite, friendly, professional, and’s incredibly hardworking. Their dedication deserves genuine KUDOS from their leadership team. Of course, there are other team members whose names I may not know, but they, too, demonstrate professionalism and exceptional customer service. Hurrah to them as well.
Very good store. Clean, everything is where it's supposed to be. Cashiers have very good customer service. They made my children and I feel very welcomed.
Great deal on school uniforms and an associate went in the back to get the size we needed
I came into the Orange park store and placed an order with an associate at the register, for five gray shirts to be shipped to home. I received my shipping confirmation today and some how they messed up and are sending me blue shirts. Now Im being told I either need to place a new order for the correct colored shirts online and once the shipped shirts come in, I have to drive back to the store to return them for a refund. What an inconvenience for their mess up.
Love the wide variety this store offers! Super cute environment and the workers are friendly. 10/10 all around❤️😍🥰
