ABSOLUTE WORST LEASING MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE IVE EXPERIENCED IN MY WHOLE LIFE. DO NOT MOVE HERE TELL YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS DO NOT MOVE HER. They have multiple lawsuits moving against them for rent hikes and improper management proceedings. I lived here for three years and was being harassed by some creature that was not even a listed tenant. Tried communicating with office staff multiple times about this individual who placed glass underneath my tires, constantly was on my property, and just doing stupid stuff to set off my camera all day. After 3 attempts to have office staff do their literal job I had to contact JSO 4+ times where in then office staff finally responds but with a statement of “What resolution can we come to so that you stop calling the police?” As if me calling the police was the issue and not this demon of a lady destroying my personal vehicle and rented unit. They won’t fix anything in your home because their maintenance people are clearly incompetent lazy bums who ride around on the golf cars and sit in the front office all day. I had a leak in my sink for 6 months until they came to “fix” it and they made it worse and I had to fix it myself. I had black mold growing on my front door and on my baseboards inside my home and nothing was done. Then they will harass you for your rental payment even though late fees and policy are clearly stated in the black and white leasing contract. Oh and don’t try to communicate with them properly even though they stress the importance of it because they will ignore your every attempt until they need that rent money. The woman who collects the rent even stated she knows I’m a single mother and the most important thing I need to be doing is making sure my kid has a roof over her head then proceeded to lock my account from receiving a rental payment. You really can’t make this stuff up and I can’t wait until this places plummets from its HORRENDOUS AND DISGUSTING business practices. They got people writing fake good reviews to try to save the community.
What a breath of fresh air it is when you walk into a rental office and are greeted by a staff that actually listens. A big welcome to Melanie and Virginia! It was so refreshing to be able to walk in, have a conversation, be heard, and not feel rushed out the door. It’s nice not having to go in feeling defensive or prepared for an argument because someone hates their job. Rema love you as always Thank you all 3 for your kindness, professionalism, and willingness to listen. It truly made a difference.
If I could give them zero stars, I would!!! My parents have resided here for over two decades without any parking issues with the previous staff. However, they’ve now replaced them with rude and disrespectful individuals. When you have elderly parents who frequently visit to check on them, parking becomes a significant concern. There are no posted signs indicating parking regulations, so as a community, they should address this issue instead of resorting to towing cars. Regardless of your role, Antoine Malone, please improve your communication with residents and clearly explain any changes. I’m eager to find a better place for my parents. Please avoid moving there.
I rent a home here at the breakers. I had a few minor maintenance issues that I reported and no lie Chris with Maintenance came out less than an hour after I put in a work order. He was super sweet and helpful. I think people don’t say enough when things are good. I hope management see this. Your maintenance guys deserve a high 5 and a cold one.
My sister and her husband live here she works 12 hours a day, so by the time she off office are close her husbands English is not that good so he tends to email them. Entrance needs repair but they don’t seem to care about it .The emails never get answered. Poor communication things don’t get fixed on time. Go somewhere else not worth it
