The Bradley St. Augustine

Amazing staff. Amber did such an amazing job with making the process easy. I fell in love with the apartment as soon as she opened the door. Excited to be a new resident 😌 Been here for two months and I have to say, its been a pleasure. No issues with my unit. Everything is great. I asked for the unit with the wood view and it was granted. Neighbors are nice.. Always speaking when we cross paths. Its also always good to see the wildlife life outside as im leaving and coming. 😊

I’ve truly enjoyed my time living at The Bradley. The community itself is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by a preserve, which makes it feel tucked away and quiet while still being incredibly convenient to everything in St. Augustine. Then access to I-95 is also just a couple of miles away, which makes commuting incredibly easy and can easily be the deciding factor when choosing between similar luxury apartment communities in St. Augustine. The amenities are top-notch. The pool area feels like an oasis with cabanas, loungers, hammocks, plus multiple gas grills, and the fitness center has practically any gym equipment you could imagine. There’s even a dedicated room for boxing, kickboxing, or yoga with a hanging heavy bag and yoga mats. The equipment is high-end, and the entire property is always kept very well maintained. The apartments themselves are beautifully designed and, no matter how you decorate, they give a warm, “at home” feeling. I also love that there is a designated fenced-in dog area and sidewalks to walk with plenty of dog-bag stations. Maintenance and customer service have also been excellent. I had a minor plumbing issue from a hair clog and as soon as I reported it, maintenance checked on it the same day and a plumber was called and fixed it the next day. The responsiveness and service here are truly impressive. For families with little ones, Oatis Mason Elementary (Pre-K through 5th grade) is less than a mile away, making it very convenient for parents. One thing that really stands out at The Bradley is the management team. Mike and Stephanie have always been professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. It’s clear they care about the residents and the community they’re managing, and that kind of leadership makes a big difference in how a place feels. Overall, I highly recommend The Bradley to anyone considering a luxury-style apartment community in St. Augustine. It’s a beautiful, peaceful community with incredible amenities, excellent management, and modern apartments that truly feel like home.

I’ve been living at The Bradley of St. Augustine for about a month now and I can confidently say that I’m glad I chose this complex as my home. The specials/perks they offered for signing made it an easy choice to pick them. From 2 months free to paying for movers to assist with loading, unloading and moving my things, The Bradley made me feel like they wanted to help in any way possible. Staff are very nice and friendly and always have great attitudes and the community is nice and quiet for those who look for that in a community. As long as the pricing stays around the same I see no point in moving to another community.

Taken me a couple months to get around to this. But started looking at the Bradley as a place to move to from Tennessee to get me closer to family. Out of a few other options the Bradley was the easiest and most straightforward to work with. From the application, lease signing, and move in process. Also huge shout out to Amber who was extremely helpful! I changed my mind from a 2 bed to a 3 bed and she was super helpful and patient. The reason for not giving 5 star is the automated system when calling but honestly that’s what everyone’s going to anymore 🤷🏻‍♂️The staff still have gotten back to me through email or if i stop by the office.
