This park is good for fishing, walking your dog and BMX biking. It has a few covered picnic tables. A fishing dock. A kayak launch area. Very small parking lot. The trails range from paved to dirt, there is no map or markers. Most of the sub- trails lead to water. Be sure to bring your bug spray.
Be careful of the entrance off beach blvd, this area does not seem the safest. There was graffiti and used contraceptives. I’m not sure how the other entrance is but, I wouldn’t recommend
This park is very scenic at the front with a few gazebos and some beautiful water views. It lacks a defined trail system even though there are multiple paths you can take in the woods. There is also a dedicated BMX area towards the back.
From a bike park perspective, it’s great. We didn’t get to ride long because of rain, but it’s a cool park. The only issue is location; definitely saw some questionable actions from the local homeless.
