From the office staff to the team who came to the house, I am very happy with my decision to use Batts over other companies that quoted me. Robert has been a huge help in not only fixing my issues, but educating me on how to maintain and use my equipment.

Five stars isn’t enough for Jim, Michael, Austin, Trevor, Julie and the rest of the staff of The Batts Company. We are thrilled with our new pool and equally elated with the experience of the entire build. Jim and his staff not only delivered on every hope we had but made this process feel like a true partnership throughout. The Batts Company was highly recommended to us by a friend who built with him 14+ years prior and has never had a single issue with his pool or equipment - therefore we did not shop contractors. Our pool was completed ahead of schedule and our job site remained neat and tidy throughout the entire process. His subs were all respectful and friendly and Jim’s communication during and after our build has been top notch. I saw Jim often on site meeting with his sub contractors and checking behind them the entire time work was on going. Jim, Michael and the office continue to be available by phone for any questions we’ve had during as well as after completion. I truly cannot say enough good things about The Batts Company. Jim’s experience, extensive knowledge, highest caliber network of sub contractors, and (perhaps most importantly) his integrity are a rarity today. My husband and I agree that Jim and The Batts Company was the best decision we made during our extensive remodel. I would hire them over and over again without hesitation.

Five Star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Company! Jim Batts is worth his weight in gold. I don’t know what I’d do if he wasn’t my go-to company for my endless pool repairs. He has to travel over 2 hours to get to my home in downtown Savannah Ga from Jacksonville. Not once has he ever told me no. He arrives on time and stays until the job is completed, and completed perfectly.....no matter the number of hours he has to spend here. He’s always pleasant, professional and prepared. Jim is well aware of the financial investment I have in my Endless Pool and is respectful of this. He calls the company for me and takes care of each and every problem. He has taken the time to teach my yard person simple jobs he can perform to help me w my pool. After working at my home, he always checks in w a phone call the next day to make sure I remember to follow up on the directions he leaves, if that’s necessary. Batts is an awesome pool company! I needed a lot of new items to get my older pool back in shape, and they completely transformed my pool for an amazing price too! I would not hesitate to call on them again for anything relating to an in-ground swimming pool or a new build The receptionist’s were very friendly, billing was easy to understand and a breeze to pay. The pool tech installed some really high end lighting for a reasonable price! Check batts co out! You will be happy you went with them!
