I will love in the arc village of jax all month of day
The Arc Jacksonville is more than just a property; it's a special community where residents are truly cared for. I cannot say enough about the amazing staff—Afia, Lia, and Pete—who exemplify teamwork, compassion, and dedication in every way. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with open arms and received quick assistance from the staff whenever needed. Their commitment to helping residents in any way possible is truly commendable. The amenities offered at The Arc Jacksonville are outstanding. From the beautiful theater room to the cafeteria and game room, there's something for everyone to enjoy. I'm especially excited about the upcoming garden and resident events—they truly make this community feel like a family.
I wish there was more older people here, but I understand they don’t win us old folks when we get old we have to be the ones moving away. They don’t care about the elderly here. They keep focus on more like younger people I knew about that I would’ve moved in.
My son who lives with Autism lived here for 1 1/2 years, it was the best place in the world for him!! A perfect transition between living at home , to living on his own. They are truly the best!! I would give them a millions stars if I could!!
I went to visit The Village last week with my cousin. I have been looking for assisted living for my 25 year old daughter, who wants to be independent and is now living in an apartment with a roommate, near our home in Delaware. I was amazed at how much the Village is home and felt like home to me. And for some of the residents, it may be transitional housing, for others a home for life, within the larger community. What a welcoming, exciting place for all of the community. Thanks, especially to Oliver, who showed us around along with other staff. Many thanks too, to Debbie Johnson, who showed the enthusiasm and commitment of the entire staff.
