Thank God It's Fixed (TGIF)

The owner of the shop, Patrick Scott, has been like family for over ten years! His experience is unmatched in the industry but his personality will engulf you before any transactions are made. The facility is indeed a work in progress but he has all the tools necessary and the best mechanic in Jacksonville to handle any of your needs. There’s no place else I would take my vehicle for automotive work and after a visit to Thank God It’s Fixed I’m sure you’ll share the same sentiment!

My husband and I were very pleased with the service provided by Thank God It’s Fixed(TGIF) auto repair. Patrick Scott was courteous, professional, and most of all knowledgeable of the issues with my vehicle; and he was able to thoroughly explained all aspects of the repair. The time that it took for the service was exactly as predicted. I highly recommend TGIF.

I went in to get my brakes fixed. Patrick quoted me at $245 but I ended up spending $482. I didn’t care because I wanted my car to be fixed. But come out to find out one of the guys didn’t tighten the lug nuts all the way so it messed up the rim and tire. I called them and said what happened and he said he will have a tow truck come pick up my car. 2 days later and my car hasn’t been moved. And he said the driver called him and told him that he truck wasn’t working. So he said that he would give me some of my money back. Well I kept on calling him and going to the shop. And he stayed making up excuses. Even gave him my cash app and still no money has been sent.
