100% recommend TH AGRAM, INC. for HARDIE plank replacement or installation! TJ is very professional and honest. From the time he came out to see what needed to be done to the time he completed the job was less than a week. His pricing is very reasonable and his work ethic is top notch. His attention to detail is impressive. He was in communication during the whole process. I would definitely work with him again and highly recommend him for any work you may need completed.
Outstanding Hardie Board Siding Work – Honest, Meticulous, and Professional I cannot say enough good things about TH Agram, Inc. and its owner, T.J. He completed the siding on my entire house and the experience from start to finish was exceptional. T.J. was extremely meticulous, thorough, and communicative throughout the entire project. He consistently took the time to explain exactly what he was doing, why certain decisions were being made, and what my options were. That level of transparency and education is rare and greatly appreciated. What really stood out was his honesty and integrity. Instead of pushing unnecessary work, he helped me save money by only replacing under-siding boards that had actual damage rather than replacing everything indiscriminately. That alone speaks volumes about how he runs his business. He also went above and beyond by replacing an exterior light for me at no additional charge, kept the job site clean at all times, and did a very thorough cleanup when the project was complete. He also spent a significant amount of time going over every inch of the house, after the siding install, to ensure that EVERYTHING was properly caulked. His thoroughness is unmatched. He helped coordinate my chimney cap replacement and suggested another quite wonderful company, Chimney Champions, and he coordinated and booked the painter to complete the necessary exterior painting. If you are looking for a contractor who truly takes pride in their work, understands Hardie Board siding, communicates clearly, and treats your home with respect, I highly recommend TH Agram, Inc. and T.J. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone.
