ANSWER 12/15/25 : Your response is ridiculous, but it is exactly what I expected from you. In any case, this is not the opinion of the Deaf community, with whom I have been friends for many years. You are well known for drama — they even showed me news reports on TV about other cases, just as surprising. If you believe this review does not belong on your business page, I, at least, was an actual client. I have every right to share my experience when you prevent your employees from booking appointments with a loyal client and threaten them. Meanwhile, your “favorite” employee left a defamatory review about my business without ever setting foot in my shop or being present during the interview with his daughter. You are not a responsible business owner. I politely asked to meet with you to discuss this situation respectfully after you instructed your other employee — my stylist for several years — to cancel my appointment and my daughter’s appointment. You neither had the courage nor the respect to respond. Christie is leaving at the end of the month for another salon. She understood the situation perfectly — good for her. Toxic people are best avoided. I wish you the best in your business and a Merry Christmas. I have been a client of this hair salon for quite some time, and yet my daughter and I were denied access simply because I was unable to hire the hearing-impaired daughter of one of the stylists who works there. Unbelievable! I was accused of discrimination even though I kindly explained to this young woman that, unfortunately, due to her disability, she would not be able to take orders behind my refrigerated displays, as they make a tremendous amount of noise — and even during the interview she could not hear anything I was explaining to her. It’s as if I were asking them to hire my blind daughter to give haircuts! Shameful behavior. And after looking into it, I realized I am not the first victim. This man, who clearly struggles with his daughter’s disability, is taking out his anger on local businesses and organizations. And his boss supports this behavior and even disrespects his own clients, going as far as pressuring his staff to refuse appointments. What professionalism! What a disgrace! A hair salon to avoid if you don’t want to be defamed, mistreated, and disrespected!

Christie is the best hair stylist I have ever had !!

Christie is undoubtedly one of the most talented hairdressers I have had the pleasure of meeting. My haircut is exactly how I wanted it. I highly recommend her!

Christie did a fabulous job on my cut and color. You can tell her years of experience have really paid off. I couldn’t be happier. I’ll never go anywhere else. Thx Christie!
