The office staff is a pleasure to deal with. Dr. Ricci always takes the time to listen and address any concerns. She is thorough and explains everything. She truly cares about her patients. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor.
Dr Ricci is extremely thorough. She listens carefully and does not rush you. I have been going to her for more than 10 years and have never had any issues. I wish more doctors were like her.
Dr. Ricci is an amazing physician. She really takes time to listen and has been so responsive to all my concerns. I appreciate her willingness to "dig deep" and find the root cause of any issues. A wonderful mix of personable and professional. Highly recommend!
I’ve always been impressed that Dr. Ricci doesn’t just rush through your appointment just so she can stay on schedule. If you have issues that require more time she is a caring physician and not an assembly line. If she’s a bit late getting me back, I consider that she’s being as good to someone else as she is to me. I can respect that. I appreciate her “bedside” manner and feel that she actively listens to me. I’m very happy that I found her.
Dr. Ricci is extremely thorough and caring. She is always willing to explain care to you and provide education. I always felt my concerns were considered and taken seriously. She is very proactive about your health.
