i have lived here going on 3 years. the office management changed very shortly after we moved in, and aubrey and jake are the best leasing agents! i could not say enough kind things about them. they truly care about their residents and take the time to know them and help them in every capacity. they are never in a rush and always slow down and pause what they are doing to answer questions or assist in anything. they are so friendly and personable, and always go above and beyond. as individuals they are incredible, as a duo they are a powerhouse. the office and the neighborhood run so smoothly due to their care and proficiency. the maintenance team is also incredible and also take their time to tend to every detail, and they are timely each and every time. i couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. i love my apartment, but i love living here more because they are in the office. jake and aubrey make living here a dream.
I’ve had such a wonderful experience with Audrey and Jack! They are truly the best managers—always professional, helpful, kind, and responsive. They genuinely care about the residents and make everything so easy and comfortable. By far one of the best management experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!
Excellent overall. They keep things clean, good maintenance service, they try to make a community sense and host events which the local residents attend to socialize. This gives a sense of community in an increasingly digital world. I've noticed a huge improvement from the past, especially with Jake Metcalf as a leasing agent! He deserves kudos.
I have had a great experience at terraces. All of the staff has been truly helpful and friendly. Aubrey especially helped me get my apartment and made me feel so welcome! I would recommend terraces to everyone!
The overall living experience was fine, However the management company that runs this property is extremely deceptive, dishonest and unethical. I was charged approximately $2000 upon leaving despite leaving the apartment in immaculate condition and giving sufficient notice that my lease will not be Renewed upon expiration. Essentially, they will steal your deposit and charge you with whatever they think they can steal from you.Stay away from any Graystar managed properties of which there are a few in Jacksonville. See the pictures below of my apartments condition just before I moved out. Do not do business with these criminals.
