I highly recommend to anybody buying car from this dealer I got my GL350 this week and it was an amazing condition. It is beautiful and the engine is running perfectly. The owner is a nice person.
I recently purchased a 2021 Tesla Model Y Performance from Alex, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the start, Alex was incredibly honest and transparent throughout the entire communication process. He answered all of my questions with clarity and made me feel confident about the purchase. What really stood out was the speed and efficiency of the delivery. Alex had the car shipped from Florida to Ohio, and it arrived at my doorstep within just two days of purchase! The whole process was smooth, stress free, and well organized. The car arrived exactly as described, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to work with Alex. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and reliable car dealer, I highly recommend reaching out to him. He goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you, Alex, for making this a great car buying experience!
Alex was top notch from beginning to end. Communication was great. His attention to detail on point. Went out of his way to make sure all paperwork was correct and sent out asap. When I needed more details or information about the sale he was very quick to respond. Excellent experience.
I have to share what an awesome experience I had with Terra Motors! The process of buying my car was honest, straightforward, and easy from start to finish. Alex was professional and always prompt with communication and handling what needed to be done. If you want 5 star service when buying your next vehicle or boat, visit Terra Motors in Jacksonville.
I was very skeptical about having my gullible mom being taken advantage of. But Alex was wonderful in the way that he didn't rush us and even allowed the car to be inspected by a third party. He made the process of signing the paperwork easy. I would definitely buy a car from Alex again and was surprisingly shocked about the prestigious level of customer service we received.
