Terra Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse - Jacksonville

We had a private birthday party tonight and the experience was worth it all. The wait staff explained everything well but for a newbie like my wife and myself, we had no idea what we were about to receive. The salad bar was incredible and the barrage of incoming meats to our table was out of this world! All the servers of meat were very professional and the cuts of meat were excellent. I don't know which one I liked the most. The private room allowed us to be silly for the 70-year old.

Great service, they never leave you waiting and the staff asks if you want anything specific and they bring it out. Salad bar is great and is worth the experience by itself. Me and my husband go for the whole experience and are never disappointed. They accommodate children which is always a blessing. Love the lemonade and great alcoholic drinks Peaceful atmosphere inside or outside. Great for date night and gatherings.

We had a great experience at this Brazilian steakhouse! The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was excellent. The steaks were cooked perfectly and full of flavor, and the lobster bisque was especially delicious. The only reason we’re giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that it was very loud inside, making it difficult to hear each other during dinner. Aside from the noise level, everything else was fantastic, and we’d definitely come back again.

My team recently dined here for a business lunch and we were genuinely so impressed by the entire experience. From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional. Mirza, along with Sebastian and Adriana, went above and beyond to take care of our large party. They were incredibly solution-oriented, attentive, and accommodating, making everything feel simple and seamless. What stood out most was how quickly and efficiently they handled adjustments that weren’t caused by the restaurant at all. They stepped in without hesitation and made sure we felt completely taken care of. Mirza’s management was truly outstanding. You can tell he leads with professionalism, calmness, and care for both his team and guests. We felt valued, welcomed, and genuinely appreciated as customers. 10/10 experience. We will absolutely be back and would highly recommend Terra Gaucha in Jacksonville to anyone looking for not only great food, but exceptional service.
