I was recommended by her from a family member. My experience was awful. I was there for a wellness visit, not feeling well. I tried to explain my symptoms and there was zero questions she had for me to help explain what I was going through. Since there was a hippa violation with my medical records, I will just share them. I was worried about my kidneys and ribcage. I gave a urine sample and it came back positive for what could be a UTI. Lab work was ordered and the office could NOT do it there in office same day like other places. I was never given a solution for the UTI, she simply walked out the door and left it open. No further instructions, but a papsmear and culture analysis. I will not be having those done with her, if anyone has a doctor they feel comfortable with in Jacksonville, please let me know. The only good experience with a doctor regarding this type of thing was on Valdosta, if I could budget the money for fuel, I would drive the two hours there. I am almost in tears having her give me such judgement as well from a incident that happened in July. Those doctors notes were read to me by her and were just invasive. I literally was not looked at for me or acknowledged. I was simply looked as a document in a computer. I feel worse than I did walking in the door. I also feel even more gross on the inside for asking for help from this visit. Do not even get me started on how atrocious the HIPPA violation I am enduring is about to me. (To ease one's curiosity, I am 24 living on my own and recently lost my job. I am on my mother's health insurance, but I am a full functioning adult who has sealed my medical records from my parents since the time I was 18, they gained access to EVERYTHING today.) Who ever created this healthcare program needs to attend college and take a course in logic and SPECIFICALLY learn "If then" statements. My one visit was LITERALLY criminal. If you got this far, thanks. I genuinely do not want anyone else to experience something like this. I left them a voicemail for resolution and did ask for a contact number other than there's if they are not comfortable handling this. We will see what will happen.
Both my Wife and I see Teri for our general well-being, she is so pleasant and takes whatever time is needed to make you feel like her only patient. 100 percent recommend, love her!
As always, Becky is cheerful when checking me in. I also brought her a cookie from a sweet coffee shop. The staff always looks as though they love working at this office which makes my appointments feel like I’m seeing family. Teri is has has always gone the extra mile, or many, to ensure that I can move forward with my existing health concerns.
Teri Tyre is probably the only person I’ve ever seen at a doctors office. She’s always listened to my concerns and has always just listened and to me that’s incredibly important when finding a provider. I am so thankful to have found her, and thankful I don’t have to deal with military doctors anymore
Teri made me feel so comfortable and cared for. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to establish care. The whole team/staff were extremely kind and helpful.
