Teresa Eaton, REALTOR®️ - Herron Real Estate

Teresa Eaton was awesome to work with! She worked with us throughout the entire process and made our house hunting, and buying experience, as painless as possible. She always had an answer to any questions we may have had, and she was very responsive in regards to anything that we needed in our quest to finding our new home. We would highly recommend Teresa for any of your buying, and selling, needs...She rocks!!

We are very grateful that we found Teresa to help us locate our home in Green Cove Springs. She really took the time to get to know us to see who we are and connect us to the right area and the right home. We are out of state buyers, and her communication during all the steps was invaluable and much appreciated. She really advocated for us through every phase. Thank you, Teresa!

If only I could select more than five stars. Teresa was so amazing to work with. When we started our home buying journey, Teresa sat down with us, listened to what we were looking for, patiently took us to many homes, and when we were still having trouble deciding, she found us our dream home, the price had just dropped and we had no idea. Every step of the way, Teresa's guidance was top notch. We know it's not the case, but it felt like we had her all to ourselves. She connected us to the right people - mortgage broker, home insurance, inspector, etc. Response time, professionalism, knowledge, everything - top notch. I highly recommend Teresa Eaton for your home buying or home selling needs, with no hesitation, if you want someone to work hard for you.
