Had my partners phone screen break hearing on Amazon order came here to get it fixed with super nice and helpful got in and out and under an hour and back on the road to make money that was three months ago today had another issue with the phone came back to the tech hospital and met Matt. Such a great man didn’t try to sell us. Anything didn’t try to tell us we needed anything simply took the phone did a factory restart and got us back up and running in under five minutes and showed us how to do it ourselves so we don’t have to worry about it again. We’ll be coming back to the store for any future repairs
I was looking for a Windows 11 computer. After talking to Allen he said he had refurbished laptops starting at a great price. I got a like new Dell for a fraction of what a new one would cost. And I got recommended security software for a good price. Allen and Dylan were both very helpful. I recommend Highly for any tech help!
Al and Matt are knowledgeable and personable. They took care of a virus on my phone and fixed my tablet. Prices are reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone
I have used TECH HOSPITAL in St Augustine many times when I lived in that area and was always pleased with their exceptional service. I now use their new location on Blanding Blvd in Orange Park. I had a few annoying issues with my phone and I knew immediately where I was headed. Alan R was my technician today and he was amazing! Alan was courteous and knowledgeable and had my phone fixed in no time! I highly recommend TECH HOSPITAL for any problems with your phone, computer etc. And yes, I would have traveled back to St Augustine if I didn't have a TECH HOSPITAL in Orange Park!
This was my first visit here, but I will definitely be back if need be. Matt was kind and extremely knowledgeable on servicing my daughters non-charging laptop. I left with a low out of pocket expense, a charging laptop, and a happy teenager. 😁
