I recently visited this store because my iPhone stopped working due to water damage. As soon as I walked in, a man examined my phone and informed me that he probably wouldn’t be able to help. Just then, another man—who seemed to be the manager—came out from a back room, took my phone, and asked what had happened. I explained that my phone got wet from the rain and had stopped working. He said he would open it up, replace some parts, and clean it a bit. He quoted me a price of $120 but mentioned that he couldn’t guarantee it would work again, which I understood. I asked when he would start, and he replied that he would begin immediately. I paid and left the store. A few days later, I received a phone call from the same salesperson, warning me that the phone likely couldn’t be repaired. He offered to see if his manager could do anything differently if I was willing to wait. I was confused because I thought the manager was the one who initially looked at my phone. It was disappointing to learn that he never actually examined it, despite saying he would start working on it right away. The next day, I returned to the store and picked up my phone. This whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I felt like the manager, who was supposed to be more experienced, hadn’t even bothered to check my phone and was only interested in taking my money. I won’t be bringing my equipment there again.

I clicked on an attachment in an email, and suddenly my cell phone "blew up" with continual pop up messages and virus warnings. I quickly drove to Tech Hospital, and Bobby calmly found the apps causing the problems, and had my phone totallly restored to normal in less than 10 minutes! I was amazed at his knowledge and experience, and will always use their services for any cell phone or computer problems. I highly recommend Tech Hospital!
Zach and Billy have been such an asset to me. They are always pleasant and professional. They go above an beyond, answering any questions I have. I think they are genuine and transparent, which is a lot to get these days. I highly recommend Tech Hospital.
Bobby was very helpful and he definitely knew what he was doing. He fixed my phone right away and knew what the problem was. I would go here again for sure if I need too. Thank you bobby for all if your patience and help.
