Tech Hospital

I wasn't planning to leave a review, but since I was solicited for one...here it goes. I had a previous good experience buying a phone here so I walked in on a Saturday prepared to make another purchase with this business before doing any shopping around. I told the rep what I wanted. She explained they didn't have one in stock but could easily order one and get it quickly. She took my card for full payment. Immediately after I told her I wanted the Pro model and hadn't mentioned that and asked if we could cancel that order and order the correct one seeing as how it had only been about one minute. She talked to me about the price difference and comparison of the two models and assured me that if I didn't like the base model when it came in we could place another order. She told me the phone should be in by Tuesday. I did not hear from them and I tried calling once over the next week but the phone just rang and there was no way to leave a voicemail. I then looked elsewhere (Amazon) and purchased what I wanted. The following Monday (9 days later) I called again and reached the manager. I explained everything and asked for a refund. He then said that I hadn't been called because they had just received the phone late on Saturday and they were closed on Sunday. Nonetheless I asked for a refund considering all the details of the transaction. I was told that they could refund me minus $50 for a restocking fee (from their vendor). And though I can't confirm it, I'm sure they didn't even send it back but instead placed it in their storefront to be sold to someone else. A restocking fee was never explained to me, it's not on the receipt I have from them, and I certainly didn't agree to it while making the purchase. Easy money for them I guess. As much as I would rather patronize a local business, I now have to recommend to people that Amazon 'Refurbished' phones are better priced and have a 1 year warranty compared to the 1 month warranty of Tech Hospital's vendor. I hate to bash them like this, but I hope it helps to inform people of their "policies."

My iPhone froze up Sunday unable to use it thinking I was gonna have to have a new phone. A friend said go to the tech hospital. They do amazing work and they are fast and efficient. I’m so glad I went. There couldn’t be more pleased if I ever have another issue, I would definitely be going back to these guys.

Excellent, professional and FAST service. Cheaper than if I went through my cell phone insurance. 5 star service. Have already used them multiple times and will use again if needed!

Technician arrived on time. Quickly assessed the problem we had with our computer. We also had a problem with our laptop and he assessed and resolved the problem for us. He was very polite and professional.
