Review for Teak Plus Jax Beach I recently purchased a teak table and chair set from Teak Plus in Jax Beach, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The craftsmanship and attention to detail in their furniture are truly remarkable. Every piece of the set is beautifully designed, with a perfect balance of style and durability. The teak wood has a rich, elegant finish that adds a touch of luxury to our outdoor space. What made the experience even better was their outstanding customer service (Elizabeth, Jonathan & Alex). The team at Teak Plus was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through the selection process and ensuring the set matched my needs. They even made delivery happen before Christmas which was just 2 weeks away from when we purchased! The setup was seamless and the functionality as advertised!! If you’re looking for high-quality, beautifully crafted teak furniture and top-notch service, I highly recommend Teak Plus Jax Beach. This purchase has truly exceeded my expectations!
Best customer service ever! Jan 19, 2026 we had an issue with the leaf. The team came out and fixed it. We are very grateful. Highly recommend Teak Plus
Great customer service, delivered as promised before the holidays! Elizabeth and team are great to work with. We will definitely use Teak-Plus for future purchases!
Teak Plus was great to work with. We bought something that they were no longer going to carry and wanted 1 additional piece that was not in stock. Elizabeth worked hard to get the additional piece ordered for us and honored the discount as well! Our furniture was delivered yesterday and we love it! The 2 guys that delivered it were professional and polite! I would highly recommend Teak Plus!
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Not even fully opened and towing everyone in sight. Many locals have parked here for years and years with no towing from the prior owner. Clearly there is an option to tow and that is not an issue. However the manner in which it was done was rude, inconsiderate, and just on its face improper. What a horrible way to start your debut into the community of Jax Beach. I was towed after being parked not for the beach but for church in the place adjacent less than appx. 1.5 hours. This new business is not even fully open for 3 more days, had a dozen plus open spaces and still towed all church attendants without so much as a notice. Moreover, when I inquired on the number to call I was met with rudeness and followed and accosted by the blonde woman working there numerous times. Clearly simple courtesy was not a factor in the decision making process. A few notes or flyers for a week making those locals aware would have been greatly appreciated. Even more, a simple phone number without the rude comments and demeanor would have went a long way. It’s funny because I noticed the store and was interested in checking it out to replace the teak furniture throughout my home. I will most definitely go somewhere else. As a business owner, I can assure you this is not the way to come into a new community. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else to find a good local spot for your teak furniture needs!
