When a problem is solved for you that you could not solve on your own, that is a good thing. First and foremost, that was my experience with the John Goetze Physical Therapy group and specifically with physical therapist Alex Seaman. I'm 81 years old with nearly a half century of experience running, and with all the typical injuries that go with that experience. Thankfully, virtually all those injuries have been relatively minor and things that I have been able to find ways to work through on my own. Last year was an exception. I spent the better part of that year, trying to work through a hip problem on my own without success. When I finally could not run, walked with a limp and could not sit for more than 30 minutes without pain, I saw an orthopedic physician who pointed me to John Goetze. The results were spectacular. Plus, the experience in getting those results was more than enjoyable. I had the pleasure of working with a group of people that really earn the title "Team". They work together well, are pleasant to be around, clearly respect one another and have fun while getting the result I needed. In fact, the results were so good that I was able to do the Gate River Run this year. A feat that would have been impossible for me without the help of this "Team".
My balance seems to be better and my legs are getting stronger .The staff there are very knowledgeable and helpful. The place is always squeaky clean. I would recommend Miksell physical therapy to anyone who needs any kind of therapy!
