Taylor Johnson- Realtor

We had a wonderful experience working with our realtor Taylor Johnson throughout the home buying process. From start to finish, she was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive every step of the way. Taylor made the entire experience feel smooth and much less stressful, always taking the time to answer questions and guide us through every detail. We truly appreciated all her hard work and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

We cannot say enough good things about Taylor. She recently helped us purchase a house in St Augustine. We went through two different realtors before her and she really stood out above and beyond the rest. She's a very hard worker, always responds in a timely fashion and goes out of her way to meet the process easy for you. Even when we were thrown a curve ball at the very last minute, she went out of her way to make sure that the sale closed on time! She has a lot of great contacts and really knows the area. She also was able to negotiate the price down significantly for us. We would highly recommend her and we would definitely use her again!

We are so blessed to have met Taylor through an open house. Taylor is very down to earth and highly professional. She assisted my husband and I with the purchase of a second rental home in Vilano Beach in 2022. I can’t say enough about her professionalism and knowledge within the industry. She is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping the clients’ best interests in mind. When we began our journey with Taylor, I was open with her that we really needed a patient realtor as we took time to find the perfect home. She more than met those expectations showing us houses over a year, until we found the “one”. One of the qualities I respected the most was her no-nonsense style. She does a great job of listening to her client’s needs and does not waste time showing properties which do not meet the client’s needs. She does research to assist in determining the value of the property and then negotiates effectively on behalf of the client. She is extremely responsive to questions, often responding immediately to our late-night emails and texts. She shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction to get done. I highly recommend Taylor for real estate needs. We would reach out to her again if we were buying a home in the St. Augustine area.

Taylor is one of the hardest-working professionals I have ever met. I came to her with a complicated multi-property transaction, and she went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Taylor took the time to fully understand my needs and guided me through every step of the process. She embodies everything you could ask for in a real estate agent. Her market expertise, attention to detail, punctuality, and communication are just a few of the many qualities that set her apart. If you’re looking for someone who is passionate, knowledgeable, and trustworthy, I highly recommend reaching out to Taylor for any of your real estate needs!! Thank you Taylor!
